Students were given a reading log book in order to document all their summer reading at the end of Grade 1.
Students are encouraged to finish any workbooks sent home that were not completed.
As extra summer fun and challenge, students were given a summer fun spelling game book.
Parents are encouraged to drill the addition and subtraction facts to 10 regularly on an impromptu basis or with games with their child.
