To help with your child’s ongoing education, please continue to involve your child in the learning process over the summer. Here are some suggestions:
Read books together with your child, or let your child read to you. Read environmental print i.e. signs and posters. Math is everywhere; from counting items at the supermarket, to telling the time or baking cookies. Make a holiday diary, writing and drawing pictures about significant events.
Here are some websites that have many interactive games at different levels for language arts, mathematics, social studies, and science.
